Ghost Recon Breakpoint: How to Find The Bipod

You're not going to find everything immediately when you first open up Ghost Recon Breakpoint. You're going to need to explore the island, Auroa, to find some of the better quality gear and blueprints. These are going to make your Ghost agent capable of standing up against the Wolves defending the island. A useful item you're going to want to locate is the bipod. Here's where you need to go to find it.

The Location of the Bipod in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

You're going to find the bipod at a specific location on the map. If you don't want to waste any time grabbing it, make sure to obtain a helicopter or a jeep to make it through the forest. These vehicles are an excellent way to cut the time down in the game and are ideal for traversing the jungle-like elements of Auroa.

Related: How to Find More Blueprints in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

The location you're heading to in Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the Fuel Storage station. You can find it north of the Seal Islands. For those who have traveled over to this region, you're going to see the Bald Ridge bivouac is the closest rest area nearby. If you haven't found this location yet, you might as well grab it while you make your way over there.

You can check out the exact location for the bipod in the picture we have at the top of the article. It's on the upper northwest portion of the Seal Islands, right next to the border of Channels. You can go there at any time to grab it and obtain it inside. If you're fortunate enough to grab the intel before going, you should have the exact location of the item on your map.

When you attach the item, it's not going to come out as you might expect. It's mostly for cosmetic and stat-based changes, so don't get your hopes of actively using it during a fight.

Pokemon Regions
Robert WorkmanWed, 10/02/2019 - 23:55

There’s a lot of territory to cover across all the Pokémon video games. But, for the most part, everything is divided up into eight regions, filled with their own special creatures and memorable spots to do battle or just get a good look around. That said, which ones are the best regions for fans?

Well, tastes differ. Some people prefer the tranquility of Alola; while others feel right at home in a traditional land like Johto. We decided to dig deep and see what makes each particular region stand out, and have ranked them from worst to best. But no matter where you end up, each one has something special to offer, so there really is no “worst” here. Just ones we want to be at more.

Let’s take a look at how the regions rank!

8. Unova

Initially introduced in the Pokémon Black and White games, the Unova region actually has a city design similar to New York. It can be a bit easy getting lost in its hustle and bustle, but some folks may like the appeal of the big city. There’s also a number of bridges and subways connected to those in the city, though obviously renamed, like Skyarrow Bridge and the Battle Subway. It’s not the worst place to be, but it’s also the least serene.

7. Hoenn

Based on the Japanese island of Kyushu, the Hoenn region features a number of two word cities to its credit. It also has a number of smaller islands to explore, and is known for holding Pokémon starters like the Torchic and the Treecko. However, its layout isn’t as smooth as other locations. But some folks may like the break-apart style, as they’ve discovered in games like Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.

6. Kalos

First introduced in Pokémon X and Y, this region actually resembles a star from a way, with a number of rivers and waterways connecting everything together. There’s also Lumiose City, which has a beautiful mountain range – even if things are a little bit colder. That mixture of temperature may throw folks off, but, honestly, this place is still worth a visit. (Just bring a jacket.)

5. Alola

Fans first saw this land in the Pokémon Sun and Moon games, made up of five different islands. Four are natural – Melemele Island, Akala Island, Ula’ula Island and Poni Island. However, there’s also an artificial one, Aether Paradise, that’s just as interesting. The culture may throw a few fans off, but the beautiful layout and various exploration opportunities make this region worthwhile.

4. Sinnoh

While Sinnoh may be more intricate in its design than other islands, it’s also the busiest, since it appeared in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. Here, players will be able to explore a large mainland, along with a Battle Zone to the northeast and a number of smaller islands. It’s packed, but will keep players busy for hours on end. Don’t forget to take a trip to Mt. Coronet!

3. Galar

Although it still has to be revealed in the upcoming Pokémon Sword and Shield, Galar promises to be one of the biggest regions in the world to date. Not only that, but it’s chock full of Dynamax evolution possibilities, which means good news for Pokemon of all types. We can’t wait to step into this world once the games release next month!

2. Johto

Located just west of Kanto, Johto is a terrific companion region that first got introduced in Pokémon Gold and Silver, later showing up in Crystal, HeartGold and SoulSilver. There are some stunning sights to take in here, along with a handful of great Pokemon offered by Professor Elm. And there are new areas that open up as well, like Safari Zone. It’s really awesome – not to mention home to the Johto League.

1. Kanto

We have to give the top props to the region that started it all for the game, first introduced in the generation 1 games, as well as Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. It’s just as lovely as it’s ever been, and has a lot to visit. And it’s also home to the most memorable Pokémon out there, like Charmander and Bulbasaur. Not to mention it got huge focus with the original Pokémon animated series. Respect!

Ghost Recon Breakpoint: What is the Max XP Level?

Playing Ubisoft games can take up quite a bit of time, and Ghost Recon Breakpoint is going to be no different. You're going to find yourself getting immersed in the tactical combat of Ghost Recon attempting to take back the island from the Wolves. Nothing's going to be easy, though, and you're going to learn there's plenty for you to explore. However, what is the maximum XP level you can achieve in the game?

What's the Max XP Level in Ghost Recon Breakpoint?

The developers are taking several cues of how they want to make this game by following the Ghost Recon Wildlands format, and The Division 2. Players are going to notice the influence of The Division 2 by all of the new gear levels in the game. Gear matters quite a bit because it determines how effectively you're going to be able to fight against the numerous NPCs patrolling the game and engage in the multiple missions on the island. Gear and XP levels are different, though. You need XP levels to purchase skill points, carving out your character's skills and talents as a Ghost agent.

Related: How to Read Gear Levels in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

Much like Wildlands, the maximum XP level in Breakpoint is going to be 30. When you reach level 30, you're not going to gain any more XP points, and you're no longer going to be able to acquire skill points to spend on your character. This limited amount means you need to make sure you're sure about what you want to purchase from the Skill Tree. Make sure you look over the skill tree to double-check you're getting the skills and molding the type of character you want to take through the campaign and later engage in some of the end-game content.

Reaching the maximum XP level is not the end of the game. You're going to find your gear level is going to increase throughout the time you play your game. Ubisoft is likely going to introduce plenty of post-game content, much like they did with the Division 2. This content will encourage players to keep playing together and tackling those harder pieces of content.

Call of Duty Mobile Achieves 20 Million InstallsPaolo SirioThu, 10/03/2019 - 05:32

Call of Duty Mobile is off to a great start, according to data gathered and shared by Sensor Tower.

The mobile title has been downloaded 3 million times in just one day. This amount of popularity brings Call of Duty Mobile to become the top free iOS app in the US and 32 other markets. It's also in the top five in the other 30 countries. It has now reached 20 million installs, so it's growing fast.

The game is free-to-play but has, of course, in-app purchases for you to buy COD Points. The in-game transactions have brought it up to the #59 in terms of revenue in the US App Store, with $2 million spent on them thus far. Fourteen percent of installs are from India, which is the leading country, while the US is lagging a bit behind at #9 with nine percent.

As you might have noticed, if you follow Gamepur, Call of Duty Mobile is a decent COD game on mobile devices, not just a cheap adaption of sorts.

It comes complete with regular multiplayer and battle royale modes, and a Zombie mode is also on its way. The Zombie mode is going to work a bit different, specifically tailored for mobile devices.

Sure enough, it's an excellent way to get you back on track in the wait for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, releasing on Oct. 25, for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

PS4 New Cross-Play Policy Reportedly Limiting Cross-ProgressionPaolo SirioThu, 10/03/2019 - 05:40

A few hours ago, we reported about PlayStation 4 cross-play getting out of its beta stage. The cross-play functionality is now available for every developer working on PlayStation games.

However, in a recent interview, Gaijin Entertainment, developers of War Thunder, has shared a different perspective. It noted that the newest policy is somehow worse than the previous under one particular aspect.

CEO Anton Yudintsev has shared the game now has gates. It's locked under a PlayStation 4 to PC and Xbox One to PC cross-play. We don't know if this will ever get addressed with a sole pool for gamers, but also that cross-progression is being possibly harmed now between PC and PlayStation 4.

"New policies are not just 'better for crossplay,'" Yudintsev told WCCFTech. "They also add some limitations compared to the old ones."

"For instance, our PlayStation 4 players are currently able to play on PC [in War Thunder] keeping all their progress on the same account. It looks like that won’t be possible with new policies applied. So we are still discussing this."

It would be a disappointment to see things happen in the light of a good step forward done with cross-play. If you look at the way Microsoft handles cross-platform progression, it shows a different model. They cross the progression from your game played on the Xbox One to a Windows 10 platform. It's a better, more optimized method for players.

How The Horse Works In The Last of Us Part IIPaolo SirioThu, 10/03/2019 - 05:52

The latest trailer for The Last of Us Part II shows players they can ride a horse. We learned how it's going to work in the game.

Journalists were able to test the game at a media event last week, where they put their hands on a demo. They could play as Ellie and ride her horse.

In the demo, they had the opportunity to play two sections where they could ride a horse. The first was in Jackson, Wyoming, and had Ellie and Dina busy riding their horses Shimmer and Japan on the snow. The second was in Seattle, in a marvelous urban jungle landscape.

Horses are said to be quite loyal and smart, and this translates into a gameplay mechanic. You always have them close by you if you get too distant from them, so you don't have to walk your way back to them across the entire level in case you go too far from where you left them.

It's good to hear that, especially if you consider that Naughty Dog has worked on much larger levels and environments where you could easily get lost or go too far without your horse with you. It's not an open world, but it'll have side stories to explore in the environments, so it's only useful if you can move relatively fast whenever you can.

The Last of Us Part II is releasing on Feb. 21, 2020, to the PlayStation 4 as an exclusive.

The Last of Us Part II Confirmed WeaponsPaolo SirioThu, 10/03/2019 - 06:06

The Last of Us Part II will focus on the "cycle of violence" as a theme. It'll also translate into gameplay mechanics with Ellie getting to handle a lot of powerful weapons during her and Joel's adventure.

We see this during the previous trailers of the game. This detail was a highlight during the demo that the press played during the media event held last week in Los Angeles.

Naughty Dog told the press Ellie has a lot more weapons, and the crafted items have much more fidelity. For example, when you have a Molotov in your hands, you can see the liquid moving realistically inside of it before launching it.

Related:How The Horse Works In The Last of Us Part II

On top of that, you can craft handmade trap mines, stun bombs, Molotov cocktails, pistol silencers, and medkits. You can find the materials throughout the game's environments. You can also upgrade weapons at workbenches you find in the world.

The demo featured multiple weapons, including a shotgun, rifle, pistol, revolver, and a bow with arrows. Players had the bow only during the segment at Seattle. Players were able to craft arrows on the fly but also recover them from corpses when they hit successfully.

So, this is just the beginning of The Last of Us Part 2. However, it's essential to remember players have the choice to pick stealth, or a straight, loud fight.

The Last of Us Part II is releasing on February 21, 2020, for PS4.

Ellie Is In Seattle To Rescue Tommy, Joel’s Brother - The Last of Us Part IIPaolo SirioThu, 10/03/2019 - 06:29

In The Last of Us Part II's latest trailer, we learn that Joel and Ellie are staying at Tommy's outpost in Jackson, Wyoming. It's the snowy location where it all starts.

From what we've seen in the trailer, Ellie and Dina go patrolling the area, and Dina gets killed by human enemies.

Those could be the Seraphites, which have been the antagonists in the very violent Paris Games Week 2017 trailer. They could also be the Wolves, the Washington Liberation Front. They don't get shown directly in the act of doing that in the clip.

So, if you guessed that Ellie is in Seattle to seek vengeance against the WLF for the murder of Dina, it's not that simple. We learn that the protagonist moves to Seattle (also, at least) to rescue Tommy, who is Joel's brother, who gets kidnapped.

We were told you a few days ago how bad the Wolves are. They have been handling the Washington region for 15 years with a xenophobic and aggressive way. They imprison and kill everyone who comes to them from the outside in their territory.

We don't know what led them to kidnap Tommy; it could've happened he was in the area trying to get some information or resources, and they got him, or the two factions could have had some shady business in the past. Whatever happened, it was after Ellie left the outpost as in the trailer, we see him give her a weapon for her journey.

As for more details, that's something that we'll only learn with the game releasing on Feb. 21, 2020, a PlayStation 4 exclusive.

Destiny 2 - Cache Codes - How To Finish The EDZ Lost Territory Bounty

Devrim Kay likes to hang out in the EDZ in Destiny 2, and he will give out bounties daily. One such bounty is called Lost Territory, and Devrim wants you to find Cache Codes. In this guide, we will run through where to get them and how to use them.

Destiny 2 - Cache Codes - How To Finish The EDZ Lost Territory Bounty

Lost Sector Marker

To get Cache Codes, you first need to find Lost Sectors. Lost Sectors are areas of the map marked by Hunters as being worth exploring for loot. The good news is that there is a Lost Sector right below the church. Head towards the rear of the building, and you will see the sign marked above. The entrance is to the right of it, the trapdoor in the ground.

Lost Sector Boss

Once you find a Lost Sector, you can head inside. It's filled with plenty of enemies, so prepare to fight. Work to the end of the Lost Sector, and you will come to a large group of enemies, and a yellow bar enemy, often called a Major. You're also going to find a sizeable orange loot crate.

Cache Codes

If you try to open the loot crate without the Cache Code, you get told you need a boss Cache Code to get it open. To get the Cache Code, all you need to do is kill the yellow bar enemy. You automatically receive the Cache Codes to open the crate after it dies. Inside, you will find some sweet loot, potentially giving you a little power boost.

If you wish to find other Lost Sectors, look at your in-game map and look for the symbol. We also have a useful guide providing you with the locations of many Lost Sectors in the game.

After the boss dies, you can run back out of the Lost Sector. When you see the name of the area in the bottom left corner of the screen change, you can go back in to do it again. This reset makes it possible to farm Lost Sectors.

To complete the Lost Territory Bounty, kill the boss and get the Caches Codes twice, then you will be able to hand in the bounty from your Quests screen.

The Moon is Destiny 2's new patrol area, and it has plenty of Lost Sectors to find. In this guide, we show you how to get to the K1 Communion Lost Sector.

Destiny 2 - K1 Communion Lost Sector Location

K1 Communion Lost Sector Map

Spawn in at Eris Morn, then hop on your Sparrow and head towards the Anchor of Light. Stay moving past the first area, over the broken bridge, and continue towards the tall building with the orange facing on the right. Jump off your Sparrow, and then run into the ground level, under all the support struts at the very end of the building. In there, you will find a doorway leading to the Lost Sector K1 Communion.

Lost Sectors have changed a little bit, and this one is much more challenging than Lost Sectors in other areas of the game. You need to clear out rooms to progress. The only way to drop the energy barriers blocking your path is to kill all the enemies.

When you reach the last room, you need to wipe out all enemies to get the K1 Communion Lost Sector boss to spawn. When he dies, you will be able to open the cache, located on a platform at the back right of the room.

Enemies will continue to spawn, however, so prepare to fight your way out. Now you know how to get to the K1 Communion Lost Sector, you can farm it to your heart's content. If you would like a video of the route to the Lost Sector, the embedded video above will get you there.

Spawn in at Eris Morn, hop on your Sparrow, and head to the left. Follow the road towards Archer's Line, and don't stop until you reach the building at the end that acts as a terminus. Go in the door of the ground floor, then turn to the left. Go through the door in the wall there, and follow the path through the room with the broken roof. Jump down and follow the path until you get to the start of the K1 Logistics Lost Sector.

You need to fight your way through each room, so take out all the enemies you encounter to drop the energy barriers, only then can you proceed to the next room.

When you reach the end of the Lost Sector, you will find a Servitor with a shield in the center of the area. The only way to drop the shield is to kill all the enemies, forcing the Servitor to spawn some defensive Shanks. Some of these will be Nightmare Shanks. The shield drops when you kill them. Then kill the Servitor; use the Cache Code to open the crate, which is on the ground near the Servitor.

Now you know how to get to the K1 Logistics Lost Sector on the Moon. If you would like a video to show you the way, the one embedded above will get you to where you need to go.

Clear all the enemies and go through the doors that the Fallen Captain enters through. Be careful, as there will be some exploding Shanks. Rebekah McPhersonThu, 10/03/2019 - 08:58

Pokémon might have Pikachu as the mascot and considered one of the cutest, the electric mouse has some competition with Eevee. The Eeveelutions have been around since the first generation with Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon. As the generations go on, more adorable Eeveelutions appear, with the recent being the fairy-type Sylveon.

They’re equally cute and have their fans, but this list will rank them based on their scene in competitive battling. Where do they rank? Here are the Eeveelutions ranked!

Pokémon – All Eeveelutions, Ranked

Image result for leafeon

Leafeon

Leafeon has its pros and cons, but it, unfortunately, does not stand strong as a competitive Pokémon. If you use a Sunny Day team, then there might be some relevance to Leafeon with Chlorophyll or Leaf Guard. It can be fast, but without Sunny Day, it is at a disadvantage to other speedy Pokémon that are strong against it.

Image result for glaceon

Glaceon

Glaceon is somewhat the opposite of Leafeon with its stats focusing on bulk and special attack. The latter is super good, but the problem for Glaceon is its typing: ice. There are many competitive Pokémon that will most likely one-shot Glaceon and its movepool are lacking severely. While having nice stats, Glaceon’s typing is its true weakness.

Image result for flareon

Flareon

It is strange for Flareon to have extremely high attack and great special defense, but it can work, just not on Flareon. Because of its horrendous speed, Flareon can be taken out before it gets the chance to hit back. Its hidden ability Guts sounds good on paper, but because it's slow and can only be paralyzed or poisoned, that’s another risk of losing Flareon if it is completely paralyzed or succumbs to poison.

Image result for umbreon

Umbreon

Sometimes aggressiveness is not the key to winning a Pokémon battle. Stalling can help with a very defensive Pokémon like Umbreon. Its dark typing helps out in being immune to Psychic types and it only has two weaknesses. Because of its great bulk, it can take hits while stalling and helping other Pokémon that need healing or statuses removed.

Image result for vaporeon

Vaporeon

Hit points are very essential to surviving long and that is where Vaporeon excels at. Its choice of abilities is also great, having the chance to heal from water-type moves or have its status condition removed while it’s raining. And unlike Umbreon, Vaporeon has a great special attack stat that can be resorted to for attacking. Its speed and defense are lacking, but the latter can be fixed with the right nature and IV training.

Image result for jolteon

Jolteon

Jolteon has the speed and special attack to be a capable team member. And with only one weakness, Jolteon does not have too much to worry about. It is frail and even with its only weakness to ground types, Jolteon has the option to be used for Volt Switch and status inflicting moves like Yawn. For the Eeveelutions, Jolteon is among one of the best competitively.

Image result for espeon

Espeon

Similar to Jolteon, Espeon has excellent speed and special attack. For a psychic Pokémon, it has good access to strong and support moves. You can never go wrong with Calm Mind, Psychic, and even Shadow Ball to help counter its weakness to ghost-type Pokémon. You can either go full offensive or center around Espeon’s moveset with Calm Mind for extra bulk in special defense.

Sylveon

Sylveon is extremely lucky to be a fairy-type which turns out to be both bulky and offensive with its reasonable special attack and special defense. It does have a middling low speed and lacks physical defense, Sylveon will be sure to hit back hard with moves like Moonblast and recover with Wish and held item Leftovers. If it has the ability Pixilate, then moves like Hyper Voice is a great choice in case the opponent’s Pokémon is hiding behind Substitute.

Warframe - How To Get The Pumpkin Head Dullahan Mask

Nothing looks better than a Pumpkin Head mask in video games. It's a classic Halloween theme that works so well in games. Thankfully, Warframe developers Digital Extremes agree, and the Dullahan Mask once again returns so you can (pumpkin) spice up your life in the game.

Warframe - How To Get The Pumpkin Head Dullahan Mask

Warframe Market Console

Getting the Dullahand Mask Pumpkin Head is easy. All you have to do is go the Market, type "Dullahan Mask" into the search bar, and then purchase it for a single credit. The Market console is on the right side of the front of your Orbiter.

To equip the mask, go into your Arsenal, then select Appearance, and then Attachments. At the bottom of the Attachments menu, you will see Auxiliary. Go in there to equip the Pumpkin Head Dullahan Mask.

Once again, the menus you need to navigate are:

  • Arsenal
  • Appearance
  • Attachments
  • Auxiliary

You can also pick up the Halloween color palette for a single credit if you don't have it already. Finally, the numerous Day of the Dead skin packs are back on sale. These include skins for dropships, weapons, and even different cosmetics to give your loadout a sweet Halloween feel.

For anyone wondering about the name Dullahan, I have some new information for you. The Dullahand was a type of fairy in Irish mythology, generally depicted as a headline rider, on a black horse, who carries his head under his arm. The legend would spread and give rise to the idea of a Headless Horsemen who had a fiery pumpkin for a head. The pumpkin is not part of the original myth because no pumpkins grew in Ireland at the time. The Dullahan pulled a wagon and used a human spine to whip his horse, and was thought to be a manifestation of death, calling away people's souls to the afterlife.

So there you have it Tenno, some spooky background for the Dullahan Mask.

House of the Dead 1 and 2 Officially Returning To ConsolesRobert WorkmanThu, 10/03/2019 - 10:54

A few days ago, rumors began circling Forever Entertainment, the publisher currently handling Panzer Dragoon remake for Nintendo Switch, maybe getting their hands on Sega’s classic House of the Dead games. A Polish site reported the first two arcade games were being touched up for a new generation to enjoy. At the time, the report wasn’t official, but today, it is.

Forever Entertainment announced from their official Twitter account it is indeed working on bringing back the two classic light-gun shooters.

“Hi Guys! We confirm the signing of the agreement regarding remakes of the games ‘The House of the Dead’ and ‘The House of the Dead 2’,” it noted. “No platforms or release dates have been confirmed, and unfortunately, we can’t say anything more for now. Please keep fingers crossed for us and follow our official channels.”

While it is curious that the developer wouldn’t announce platforms – particularly the Nintendo Switch, which is the focus for Dragoon at the moment – this is exciting news for fans of the series.

The original House of the Dead didn’t see much of a home release at all following its arcade run. It did get converted on the Sega Saturn during the end of its life cycle. It also saw a PC release. But it didn’t get nearly as much focus as House of the Dead 2, which saw a stable release on the Dreamcast before getting a re-release on the Nintendo Wii with House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return.

We’ll bring you any details on the releases as soon as they’re available.

Destiny 2 - Bound Manacle Location For The Essence of Insanity

You will need the Bound Manacle in Destiny 2 to cleanse the Essence of Insanity. In this guide, we show you where to find it. This one is a little different from the others because you need to take out a powerful enemy to get your hands on the item.

Destiny 2 - Bound Manacle Location For The Essence of Insanity

Spawn in at Eris Morn and then make your way to the Hellmouth on the far side of the area. Head towards the Anchor of Light, and go straight on through following the pathway around to reach the Hellmouth. Hop off your Sparrow and run down into the Hellmouth. Take a left to go to the Gatehouse. Continue to follow the passage and head in the bright light door on the right in the next area. This passage brings you to a room with some enemies in it.

Run into the back of the room and prepare for a fight. An enemy called The Eternal Blade will drop down into the room. He hits hard and has a sizable health bar, so you want to be pretty close to 900 Power before you take him on. When you kill him, you will get the Bound Manacle item that you need.

The other part of this Essence is to get 100 kills with Grenade Launchers in Gambit. This task shouldn't take too long. It took me two rounds to finish. Just watch the timing of the heavy ammo spawns and snap them up as they appear. Then, gather up groups of enemies behind you and take as many out in one go as you can with a grenade launcher round.

And that's it. You will have Love and Death Grenade Launcher in no time now that you know where to find the Bound Manacle.

Pokémon Sword and Shield Characters Featured In Google Pixel 4 AdRobert WorkmanThu, 10/03/2019 - 11:48

Grookey, Sobble, and Scorbunny are making their official debut in Nintendo’s upcoming Pokémon Sword and Shield games. However, before it releases, they're making an appearance for another platform beforehand – Google’s new Pixel 4 phone.

It was confirmed through Eurogamer today that a new app for the device would feature the Pokémon characters taking center stage. It’s called Pokémon Wave Hello, and it features a level of interactivity that owners are sure to enjoy.

It’s a demo put together in conjunction with The Pokémon Company to show new owners of their phone the ropes of air gestures for the smartphone. You begin with a simple swipe of your fingers on the screen and get introduced to each portion.

It begins with making Scorbunny jump by swiping fingers upward in front of the phone. Then you treat Sobble with some water by using gestures to splash water on them. After that, you interact with Grookey to make grass grow, with the help of his special stick. Oh, and you can pet Eevee, who also makes an appearance in the app. The picture below provides some details on how deep the interactivity goes.

The demo isn’t downloadable through the Google Play Store. Instead, it looks like it’s getting offered from retailers. But we can imagine a few Pokémon fans who would be happy to have an app like this. Who wouldn’t want to pet Eevee? A video of the app is right here.

The characters will be in fully playable form when Pokémon Sword and Shield debut for Nintendo Switch next month.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is Getting a New Volcanic Region in First Free UpdateBryan LawverThu, 10/03/2019 - 13:30

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne has hardly been out long enough for most players to finish all of its new content. The developers already have a major update announcement for the game. Capcom previously announced that the powerful, electrically charged ape-like monster Rajang is coming to Iceborne soon. Now they’ve revealed that a whole new region is coming, too.

First spotted by Gematsu, the details of the new update in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne includes mention of a new “Volcanic region” coming to the game:

In addition, there’s more to explore in the Guiding Lands as a new Volcanic region appears. Delve deep into this new region to obtain materials to further customize your weapons and armor!

Nothing else is known about the new volcanic region yet. It’s likely the same lava-filled area we got a quick glimpse of in Rajang’s reveal trailer. It will likely be quite different from the snowy setting of Hoarfrost Reach, where more of Iceborne currently takes place. We do know the location of the new region, though: it’s getting added to the late-game Guiding Lands area. Given the revelation that new areas are on the way to the Guiding Lands, there’s a good chance that even more environments could come in future updates.

If a new monster and a whole new area aren’t enough for one update, it's also bringing new social features to Iceborne. The player’s room is getting a new equipment display and music player to customize the decor further. For the first time, hunters won’t have to enjoy it alone. The update allows players to invite others into their room to admire their armor collection.

Iceborne’s Rajang update is set to release on Oct. 10 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version of Iceborne is still in the works, with an expected release date of Jan. 2020. Due to the delayed content schedule of the base Monster Hunter World game on PC, it will likely be another month after release before it sees this update.

How Long is Ghost Recon Breakpoint?

How Long is Ghost Recon Breakpoint?

Ubisoft knows precisely how to get players into the middle of a game, and Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the highlight of this. You won't be able to level up your XP forever, but you can get your gear score going pretty high. You're going to find plenty of baddies on the island to take out, too. However, how long is the main story of the game going to take before you complete it?

How Long is Ghost Recon Breakpoint's Campaign?

It's challenging to place an exact timeframe on how long it's going to take you to go through the story. There are plenty of side objectives to keep yourself busy and continually leveling up. Now, if you were to pinpoint achieving the maximum XP level in the game as the deciding factor, which you shouldn't, then you're looking at 25 to 30 total hours. You can go even faster if you've purchased a booster for the game.

The most significant complication revolving a set time for the game is the fact you can make a beeline straight to the big baddie's stronghold. You can do this after you've spoken to a few higher up captains in enemy bases. You're going to notice them as the officers with an exclamation indicator above their heads. Interrogate them, and they'll give you details about where to find Cole Walker's base, the ex Ghost agent leading the game's antagonistic group, the Wolves.

You're going to want to take on Cole Walker when you roughly reach gear level 150. Getting to gear level 150 can take you a good chunk of time, equal to 25 to 30, depending on how many side quests or enemy bases you focus on taking out. You can run through the game, helping out locals and completing their quests, or purely take the fight to the enemy. You can fight them at the several bases they have scattered through Auroa.

Plus, Ubisoft plans to add additional story-based content, gear levels, raids, and more things for players to do every four months. This continuous wave of content is apart of the game's Year 1 Season Pass. They're planning on keeping the game going for quite some time, and players are going to have plenty to do. Sure, you might beat the game within 30 hours. But you have so much more to do with friends in PvP matches and the PvE raids, you'd be making a poor choice putting the title down after you complete the story and reach the maximum XP level.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint: How To Find the Ghillie Suit

Those who want to immerse themselves in Ghost Recon Breakpoint are going to care about what their character is going to wear in the game. There are plenty of cosmetic options to choose from, and you don't have to wear what your character is using for stats. You can modify all of this from the customization screen in your main menu. For those who want to look the part of stealthy, here's how you get the ghillie suit in the game.

How to Get The Ghillie Suit in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

There are two ghillie suits to choose from in the game. Unfortunately, there's only a top and a bottom available. There's no top or ghillie head available for players to put on.

Arcturus Ghost Ghillie Suit Top

The Arcturus Ghost Ghillie Suit Top is the most straightforward of the pieces available to players. You're going to receive this by getting to faction level 40. To get to faction level 40, you want to spend time doing the faction missions available to you in the game. You can find them in the main objective menu on the right side. Each tier of faction level you achieve gets you a new battle reward. You can claim them in the objectives board screen, on the right side.

To get more faction missions, you can speak to the locals and talk to the NPCs in Erewhon. They're going to have several challenges ready for you. You're going to discover more while you explore the world.

The Ghost Ghillie Pants and the Warrior Ghillie Top and Bottom

The Ghost Ghillie Pants, which are supposed to be the bottoms of the Arcturus Ghost Top, require players to use Ghost Coins to purchase them. You also need to spend Ghost Coins to get the Arcturus Warrior top and bottom. While it makes sense for the Arcturus Warrior to get locked behind Ghost Coins because they're a pair, it's odd Ubisoft has the bottoms for the Ghillie Suit tied to faction rewards behind a paywall.

This indication could be a mistake because some players were able to locate the bottoms by randomly opening up gear chests found throughout the world. These details could get clarified when the game officially releases on Oct. 4, but for now, it looks like players can only get one of the Ghillie tops by naturally playing the game. The other pieces are behind microtransactions. Here are the price break downs for each section:

  • Arcturus Warrior Ghillie Suit Top: 480 Ghost Coins
  • Warrior Ghillie Pants: 480 Ghost Coins

It looks like the Ghost Ghillie Pants are not listed in the Breakpoint store at this time, hinting at the fact players can find them in the world. There are cosmetic items in the appearance tab that directly tell players to locate them in the world or to purchase them from Maria at her store, but the Ghost Ghillie Pants says players need Ghost Coins and don't list them in the store. There's hope for this item dropping in the world, then.

Luckily, none of the pieces modify the game. They only make your character look a certain way in the game. None of these cosmetic pieces are going to affect your character's stats or make them superior to other players.
